Applying Statistics to Usability Testing

Can you use statistics with usability data? In this tutorial Jeff will explain how usability metrics can be statistically analyzed. He’ll start with addressing the common concerns with using statistics: sample sizes are too small and data aren’t normally distributed. Then he will walk through examples using confidence intervals and how to detect if there is a statistical difference between two products.
